Meet the Team

LeChelle, whose child attends Emmanuel Lutheran School, has 16 years of experience working in some of Maryland’s highly noted non-profits specifically with underserved men. LeChelle has gained a vast amount of knowledge and certifications to support her role in both writing and implementing workforce development programs. LeChelle has developed relationships through her outreach in the community with the men and tells the story to whomever will listen: “The men on Pennsylvania are just like me. I’ve been judged, lost my father very young and in most cases felt that no one loved me, but God. If God can lead me out of darkness I know he can do the same for the men. In this life I’m learning that every trial that I’ve gone through has just been testimonies to share with the men.”

Tina has a great passion for helping people reach their God-given potential and a keen ability to translate big picture ideas into actionable tasks. Tina is the puzzle master of the team, sorting through the pieces and putting them in place. She lives her life to B.L.E.S.S. people (Befriend, Listen & Learn, Eat Together, Serve, and Share). Once a month, Tina coordinates a community care outreach involving local churches that includes a hot meal, sandwiches to go, fresh fruit and personal care items. Tina has a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.A. in Christian Outreach. She has an ACC certification from the International Coach Federation and also works with ministry teams in the U.S. and internationally developing new and realigning ministries to serve their communities well. Her life motto is “to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”
