I am blessed to have a job that has allowed me to meet some INCREDIBLE people. The later part of the year we introduced you to Marquise Holt. His story highlighted him spending 62 years for a crime he insists he did not commit. In 60 days his post conviction case will be heard in Allegany Count Circuit Court and we are praying for RELIEF.

I had the pleasure to see him via video call just the other day and as you can see he has not stopped smiling. I spoke words of encouragement and actually read to him what GOD has placed in my spirit for the past two weeks

Psalm 23
A psalm of David.
 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

It is amazing when you see NO MATTER WHAT, THE JOY OF THE LORD REMAINS YOUR STRENGTH.

As he prepares for this major moment, I asked if there is anything I can solicit support for and he said and I quote “Prayers, prayers that God’s will be done. I’m innocent and I pray that the Judge can hear my story and let me come home to my boys”

I’m asking the readers of this story to oblige his request and commit to 60 days of prayer and calling his name in prayer MARQUISE HOLT.
