Eviction is on the minds of a lot of people.

One of our donors was just recently considering the financial effects of the pandemic on renters and landlords alike.

Many renters are struggling to make payments and fear eviction, if not now, then soon. Without payments, many landlords struggle to make payments of their own. In addition, this situation adds greater stress to the relationship between renter and landlord which is harmful to both parties, and ultimately to the community as a whole.

This generous donor reacted to these thoughts by reaching out to Faith and Work Enterprises with an offer to help. The result was that three families had their rental balances paid off – a blessing that was felt by both renter and landlord alike – and a gift for which we all give thanks!
