Thank you for your generous support toward our fourth annual back-to-school drive!
Once again we were able to provide an abundance of backpacks filled with school supplies to families of the community. This year we also had several boxes of uniform pants to give away – a much appreciated addition to our regular donations. Because of higher rates of Covid we missed being able to have a DJ and food, but we look forward to making this back into a large, festive community event again next year.
Please keep all of the children of the community in your prayers as they return to fulltime in-person school for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic.
Also, our building renovations are coming along. The old staircase has been removed and the new steel staircase has been made and is awaiting installation as soon as the repairs are complete on the exterior walls.
